Yes, and it is a simple accommodation. A prayer takes only about five to ten minutes. A quiet corner or empty room and a short break at the time of prayer is all that is needed.
The fuller answer
In many countries, employers and schools have a legal duty to make reasonable accommodations for religion. The prayers of midday and afternoon fall in the working day, and in winter the afternoon and sunset prayers come early. Friday midday prayer takes about an hour with a sermon.
Muslim employees are usually flexible, praying at break times, and can combine the time of a prayer under the rules of a short delay. A clean, quiet place without a shrine or a religious symbol is all that they need. A simple conversation will usually find a solution that suits all.
