Yes. Alcohol (khamr) and every intoxicant are haram. The Quran calls intoxicants an abomination of Satan's handiwork and commands the believers to avoid them (5:90). The Prophet ﷺ said that every intoxicant is khamr and every khamr is forbidden, and that what intoxicates in a large amount is forbidden even in a small amount.
