Yes. Gold and silk are allowed for women, unlike men. The Quran asks who has forbidden the adornment that Allah brought forth (7:32). It is not allowed to show off or to be wasteful, and zakat is due on gold held for investment.
قُلْ مَنْ حَرَّمَ زِينَةَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّتِىٓ أَخْرَجَ لِعِبَادِهِۦ وَٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ مِنَ ٱلرِّزْقِ ۚ قُلْ هِىَ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا خَالِصَةًۭ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ ٱلْءَايَٰتِ لِقَوْمٍۢ يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٢﴾
你说：真主为他的臣民而创造的服饰和佳美的食物，谁能禁止他们去享受呢？你说：那些物品为信道者在今世所共有，在复活日所独享的。我为有知识的民众这样解释一切迹象。
