Yes. The Quran counts gambling (maysir) with intoxicants as an abomination of Satan's work and commands us to avoid it (5:90). It also says that in them there is great sin and some benefit, but their sin is greater than their benefit (2:219).
शैतान की तो बस यही तमन्ना है कि शराब और जुए की बदौलत तुममें बाहम अदावत व दुशमनी डलवा दे और ख़ुदा की याद और नमाज़ से बाज़ रखे तो क्या तुम उससे बाज़ आने वाले हो
(ऐ रसूल) तुमसे लोग शराब और जुए के बारे में पूछते हैं तो तुम उन से कह दो कि इन दोनो में बड़ा गुनाह है और कुछ फायदे भी हैं और उन के फायदे से उन का गुनाह बढ़ के है और तुम से लोग पूछते हैं कि ख़ुदा की राह में क्या ख़र्च करे तुम उनसे कह दो कि जो तुम्हारे ज़रुरत से बचे यूँ ख़ुदा अपने एहकाम तुम से साफ़ साफ़ बयान करता है
