Myslimanët besojnë në të gjithë profetët e Zotit, nga Ademi te Muhamedi ﷺ. Kurani përmend 25 prej tyre, përfshirë Nuhun, Ibrahimin, Musain, Davudin, Sulejmanin, Jusufin, Junusin dhe Isain, dhe thotë se Zoti dërgoi një të dërguar te çdo popull.

Myslimanët i nderojnë të gjithë njësoj dhe nuk bëjnë dallim mes tyre. Një mysliman që mohon një prej tyre nuk është më mysliman. Pas emrit të secilit profet, myslimanët thonë «paqja qoftë mbi të». Kurani rrëfen shumë nga historitë e tyre, si ajo e Jusufit, lufta e Musait me Faraonin dhe ndërtimi i Qabes nga Ibrahimi.
Kurani thotë se të gjithë sollën të njëjtin mesazh thelbësor: adhuroni vetëm Zotin. Muhamedi ﷺ është i fundit prej tyre, «vula e profetëve», dhe asnjë profet nuk do të vijë pas tij. Mund t'i lexoni historitë e 25 profetëve, të marra vetëm nga Kurani, në këtë faqe interneti.
Say, [O believers], "We have believed in Allah and what has been revealed to us and what has been revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants and what was given to Moses and Jesus and what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him."
The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have] the believers. All of them have believed in Allah and His angels and His books and His messengers, [saying], "We make no distinction between any of His messengers." And they say, "We hear and we obey. [We seek] Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the [final] destination."
Muhammad is not the father of [any] one of your men, but [he is] the Messenger of Allah and last of the prophets. And ever is Allah, of all things, Knowing.
Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him. And we revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Descendants, Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon, and to David We gave the book [of Psalms].
