Many contemporary scholars permit alcohol in perfume and sanitizers for outside use only, because the ban on khamr (5:90) concerns drinking, and the alcohol is not for intoxication. Others advise avoiding it in perfume and prayer clothing. Do not drink it. Alcohol-free products are the safer choice.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَا ٱلْخَمْرُ وَٱلْمَيْسِرُ وَٱلْأَنصَابُ وَٱلْأَزْلَٰمُ رِجْسٌۭ مِّنْ عَمَلِ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ فَٱجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ﴿٩٠﴾
О те, которые уверовали! Воистину, опьяняющие напитки, азартные игры, каменные жертвенники (или идолы) и гадальные стрелы являются скверной из деяний дьявола. Сторонитесь же ее, - быть может, вы преуспеете.
