Sì. Il Profeta ﷺ vietò le vendite che comportano gharar, cioè un'incertezza o un rischio eccessivo sulla merce o sul prezzo. Gli studiosi distinguono il gharar grave, che rende nullo il contratto, dalla piccola incertezza che viene tollerata.
