Yes. The Quran warns against breaking oaths after making them firm (16:91), and warns those who sell Allah's covenant and their oaths for a small price (3:77). Swearing by Allah on a lie, in order to take money or a right, is a major sin.
और जब तुम लोग बाहम क़ौल व क़रार कर लिया करो तो ख़ुदा के एहदो पैमान को पूरा करो और क़समों को उनके पक्का हो जाने के बाद न तोड़ा करो हालॉकि तुम तो ख़ुदा को अपना ज़ामिन बना चुके हो जो कुछ भी तुम करते हो ख़ुदा उसे ज़रुर जानता है
बेशक जो लोग अपने एहद और (क़समे) जो ख़ुदा (से किया था उसके) बदले थोड़ा (दुनयावी) मुआवेज़ा ले लेते हैं उन ही लोगों के वास्ते आख़िरत में कुछ हिस्सा नहीं और क़यामत के दिन ख़ुदा उनसे बात तक तो करेगा नहीं ओर उनकी तरफ़ नज़र (रहमत) ही करेगा और न उनको (गुनाहों की गन्दगी से) पाक करेगा और उनके लिये दर्दनाम अज़ाब है
