Yes. Seeking treatment is allowed and encouraged, and it does not go against trust in Allah. The Quran forbids casting oneself into destruction (2:195). Treatment must not use anything haram if a lawful alternative exists, and haram medicine is allowed only in necessity.
وَأَنفِقُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا تُلْقُوا۟ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى ٱلتَّهْلُكَةِ ۛ وَأَحْسِنُوٓا۟ ۛ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ ﴿١٩٥﴾
Et dépensez dans le sentier d'Allah. Et ne vous jetez pas par vos propres mains dans la destruction. Et faites le bien. Car Allah aime les bienfaisants.
